What can you do if you lose your magnetic adapters?

I’ll do my best to keep replacement parts in stock. So far, we’ve restocked every client for free over the past four years!

What about deep sleep mode?

In my experience, deep sleep mode is more about conserving energy on the go than acting as a true on/off switch. I’ve tested our own deep sleep stand, and I often notice a significant delay when reconnecting after deep sleep, which can undermine the convenience of having a pair of always-ready headphones. I’d recommend enabling the ‘head detection’ setting for a much more seamless listening experience.

 Do I need to attach the charging stand to my desk?

Attaching the stand to your desk is optional. Sticky pads are included for added stability, which many users find helpful, and rubber feet are also provided as a great alternative. Just remember to hold down the stand with your pinky finger as you lift the headphones for the best experience!

How does charging work with AirPods Max?

Insert the tiny magnetic lightning adapter into your AirPods Max just once. When you place the headphones on the stand, they will connect to the adapter automatically and start charging.

Will my AirPods Max overcharge if I leave them on the stand?

No, AirPods Max have built-in AI smart charging, so they won’t overcharge. However, if they’re above 90% battery, they may not charge when docked.

Can I use my AirPods Max case or cover with this stand?

Compatibility with cases isn’t guaranteed because different cases can affect how the headphones connect to the charging adapter. If you’d like, you can contact us with your case details, and we can test it with a similar case model. Silicone covers work well for many users.

Is the charging brick included?

No, the charging brick is not included in the package, but the cable is USB-C and should work with most chargers you already have. Charging requires only about 3.5 watts, which is an incredibly low amount of power!
